Emergencies: (this is not an all-inclusive list):
An emergency is anything that will cause harm to the tenants or property if not addressed before the next business day, such as a fire (CALL 911 FIRST!), flood, complete loss of power, no heat when outside temp is below 32 degrees, Lock out (fees apply) .
Non-emergencies commonly mistaken as emergencies:
No hot water, no A/C, fridge not cooling, or pest control issues.
How to report an emergency: "If you have an emergency maintenance issue, call 765-201-0113 (DO NOT TEXT). If no one answers, listen to the voicemail and it will give you the emergency number to call. If for some reason, no one answers the emergency line, leave a message and you WILL receive a call back shortly.
